second ACL70-6 electric forklift to Gruppo Montelegno, a leading company specializing in timber production.

Montelegno chose our ACL70-6 model once again due to its proven reliability in handling heavy and wide loads, its compact dimensions, intuitive technology, and excellent value for money.

Montelegno di Pozzobon Giuseppe has been producing timber since the 1970s. The company operates in the drying and processing of semi-finished wood and Slavonian oak for various industrial and private applications. Headquartered in the province of Treviso, in North-East Italy, the business is managed by its founder Giuseppe Pozzobon and his family. Today, they export to all five continents, particularly to Canada, the USA, the UK, South Africa, Australia, Singapore, and Japan.

Driven by technical, functional, and practical reasons, they decided to plan an investment to gradually replace their existing fleet of four diesel forklifts. Their production operations were facing the following challenges:

  • High noise levels;
  • Gas emissions;
  • Vibrations transmitted to the boards and strips during the picking or positioning of the wood panels.

Following a thorough technical and cost evaluation, they decided to turn to us for the Raniero ACL70-6 electric forklift, equipped with an 80V-1240Ah battery, dual motors, and twin front tires.
