Carry out continuous quality improvement activities by defining methods, programs and indicators to optimize production processes through the constant investment of resources.

Constantly monitor the level of Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in order to improve the quality of the products and services offered, prevent complaints and meet delivery deadlines.

Carefully select suppliers, seeking constant collaboration with them, implementing a supply control system and continuously raising Suppliers’ awareness of the corporate Quality Policy pursued by Lampocar S.r.l.

Eliminate product non-conformities through checks in the various processing phases in order to avoid product defects, minimize waste and prevent complaints, returns and issues related to compliance and poor product quality.

Constantly promote research and development of new technologies aimed at savings, energy efficiency and the progressive reduction of polluting emissions, as well as the design of more sustainable products to facilitate the transition to the circular economy.

Apply the logic of risk-based thinking to every process;

Act in compliance with the rules and laws in force at national and international level, applicable both to its own products and to the company’s business sector.

Improve the security of information systems and preserve information by ensuring its availability, confidentiality and integrity, implementing the provisions of European Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR).

Improve the skills and involvement of company Human Resources by encouraging participation and the sharing of Quality objectives through training, instruction, flexible working hours, supervision and effective communication.

Prevent and reduce risks to workers’ health and safety by ensuring that workplaces are suitable, safe and ergonomic for carrying out activities, protecting workers’ health through continuous health monitoring, spreading the culture of quality, ethics and information security through appropriate information actions aimed at all personnel and increasing their awareness, while fostering a working environment inspired by respect, fairness and collaboration that enables staff involvement and accountability.
