During the pre-sales phase, Raniero supports customers and dealers with technical consultancy and technical-commercial training courses. It also provides support with promotional materials and tools.

This phase ensures a correct understanding of the application requirements and optimal machine configuration.

Production and delivery

Forklifts are manufactured, assembled and tested according to UNI EN ISO standards and the defined specifications together with clients. Installation, settings and final adjustments are carried out before delivery.

For specific projects, machines can be partially reassembled on site to meet particular operational or logistical needs.

After-sales assistance

Dedicated training for service technicians and forklift operators.

After delivery, Raniero provides continuous support through remote assistance and Raniero Software, allowing diagnostics, monitoring and configuration updates.

Spare parts management ensures fast availability, with items in stock delivered within 24–72 hours and continuous follow-up with suppliers to guarantee reliability and continuity of service.
