Raniero extends its range of forklifts with a new series from 10 to 18 tons with 770 to 1100 mm load center and 1800 mm width only. A new range designed for those who need to handle heavy loads, especially steel and aluminium coils, in narrow width conditions.
Raniero has developed a new series of forklifts with 1800 mm width. This new range is the result of the need expressed by several customers to handle steel coils over 10 tons with an extended load center and in the middle of other coils of storage less than 2 meters.
The range has the following characteristics:
•10t up to 18t / 22000 - 40000 lbs
•770mm – 1100 mm / 30\' - 43\' load center
•Width: 1800 mm/ 70\' thanks to a reduced axle
•HT- tilting cylinders above the roof
•CO- length without forks reduced from l2= 3680 to 4270 mm
Each model comes with a 96V 1395Ah battery or with a Waterless version to reduce control and maintenance.
The Narrow Width series has been designed with mast and frames capable of handling loads subject to frequent lateral stresses.
For handling coils by the eye, the developed solution is by chamfered forks at the side and with a central open room. This option gives the operator greater visibility when picking up or unloading a single coil on a truck, coil stack or production line.
The choice of an electric forklift allows zeroing the emission and reduce noise pollution inside a warehouse and in a production area. To have a forklift with same performances of a diesel one. It can be used outdoors in different climatic and atmospheric conditions.
