Raniero has delivered two AC70-6-HT-CU 96V to Ds Smith, a global company leader in the production of packaging and containers made in recyclable paper, cartoon and plastic. Based on their logistic warehouse needs, Raniero has developed a high performance forklift. Narrow at its side that provides long battery autonomy when using 360° rotating paper clamps with forward extension for handling rolls.
Ds Smith is global leader company that since 1940 is focus on developing customized solutions for its clients. It combines design, recyclable materials and reducing wastes and consumes.
For their Austrian branch, Raniero has developed two AC 96V electric of 7 tons, narrow at its sides b1=1710mm for moving through stacked paper rolls and short corridors. The forklifts use paper roll clamps with 360° rotating and forward extension functions. Able to lift up loads at 6500 mm height without reducing the residual capacity. Guarantees reliability, stability of its mast and reducing storage spaces.
Thanks to 96V 1550Ah battery, they may work up to 7 hours continue. This configuration brings a high consumption savings compared to any internal combustion or any standard electric forklift. Supports Ds –Smith on achieving its target on reducing production costs, emissions in the manufacturing field. Also helps on following its green philosophy: Zero Wastes, Zero Contaminations.
